I was sitting in a long boat when I shot this. Sitting there gave me the perfect viewpoint. I didn’t realize at the time how graphic this would turn out. It makes a perfect poster.
Man with a Cheroot
We passed the man in a second but I was able to grab his portrait. The god of photography was smiling on me that day. I love his expression, the fact that he is puffing on his cheroot and his diagonal posture. Oh, this makes me happy! It’s why I love photography.
I used Alien Skin’s Exposure 7 to soften the colors…adding the yellow/pink look.
