The fish market had a variety that we don’t see here in California. The tables were filled with fish and shellfish of all sizes…from a whole tuna the size of a man to tiny sea urchins being scooped into a cup by a muscular fisherman. At first I wondered about such a healthy looking man doing such a dainty job.  But when I saw him sell a half cup of pink urchin flesh for 10 Euros, I understood.
