Photos of Qinghai Provence, China and of Tibet. Many Tibetan people live in Qinghai and the mountains of Yunnan Province. The Tibetan people are very devout and it seemed that every Tibetan family had at least one son who was in a monastery. They might not stay there their entire life, however. The land of Tibet was open steppe, the sky was clear blue and every day we had beautiful puffy clouds. Every mountain had prayer flags fluttering in the icy wind. |
