Serbia 2018 Changing from color to a high contrast black and white made this photo interesting. Letting the sky and foreground go black emphasized the rim light on the backs of the sheep and made the wispy clouds look threatening.

The Camargue, France 2018 Curves and angles. Geometry. I’ve photographed horses many times and when I see them relaxed like this, I look for curved lines, diagonal lines, juxtaposition, anything geometric that will make my photo better and more interesting.
