Apparently the electricity wasn’t working in his home and this Chinese Army Officer decided to take matters into his own hands. He came out of his small house dressed in his class A uniform and leather-soled shoes. He proceeded to nimbly climb the electric pole nearby. It seemed he had a bit of experience at it. I watched a few minutes just to see if he would come to a bad end. As I left, he was still tinkering.
