Flamingo in Rembrandt Light

dramatic portrait of a baby flamingo

The young flamingos were gray. At first we thought they were a different type of flamingo until we saw a beautiful, orange, female flamingo feeding a smaller, gray one.

I added this orange light because it makes the bird look as if it were painted by Rembrandt or one of his students.
