I made this card in a matter of minutes using some brushes from Particle Shop. The brushes spread the ‘paint’ in sparkles, swirls and starbursts among other designs. You can try a free download. Just a few brush strokes and I got the feeling of New Year’s Eve. I was thinking glasses of champagne and fireworks.
