Kenya 1998
As our open-topped van jolted over field and ditch, our guide kept watch for signs of the “big five” (buffalo, lion, leopard, elephant and rhino). When they spotted this family of cheetahs, we stopped. In the not far distance a gazelle grazed unaware of the danger that was soon to befall him.
