Flames burn before one of the hundreds of gilded statues of Buddha at Shwedagon Pagoda .
The shadows from the setting sun gave me the idea to make this look as if it were a page from an old book. I added a layer of scratches and brush strokes to dull the gleaming gold of the statue.
