We were welcomed by this beautiful woman who offered a tray of fresh pastries as we entered a home in Barskoon Village. She was full of energy, helping put up a yurt for our benefit and seeing to the simmering plov cooked outdoors on a huge wok. We were invited to share the mid-day meal which turned out to be a feast.
